If generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar systems) have been used during manuscript preparation, authors must disclose their use in the Declaration of Generative AI Use section. AI tools must not be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the submitted manuscript.
All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with an overall similarity index exceeding 20% may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected prior to peer review, depending on the nature and source of the matched content.
Upon acceptance for publication, authors are required to sign the AJEUB Copyright Transfer Agreement, transferring the copyright of the accepted manuscript to the Academic Journal of European University of Bangladesh (AJEUB). This transfer enables the journal to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article in print, electronic, and other media. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript is original and that any third-party copyrighted material has been used with appropriate permission.
AJEUB is an open-access journal published twice a year. All published articles are freely accessible without subscription, promoting the unrestricted dissemination of scholarly research.
AJEUB currently does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC) or submission fee.
